Weightlifting Course for Teens
Course Description
Our Weightlifting Course for Teens teaches students the fundamentals of safe and effective strength training in a supportive, environment led by expert personal trainers. Participants learn proper lifting technique, movement mechanics, gym safety, functional fitness, and age-appropriate strength development through structured workouts and hands-on coaching.
The course is designed to help teens build confidence, improve athletic performance, increase overall fitness, and develop healthy lifelong training habits regardless of experience level.
This course teaches:
- Proper weightlifting technique
- Strength training fundamentals
- Safe use of gym equipment
- Athletic performance development
- Functional movement and conditioning
- Confidence, discipline, and healthy fitness habits
Classes are instructor-led and designed specifically for teens in a supportive and age-appropriate training environment. This program is offered as a supplemental fitness class and is not a school or academic institution.
We accept charter school funds, regional center funds, and out-of-pocket.
Investment: Programs range from $99-$259 depending on training frequency
